The Two-Minute Video

Your good work in the world is not enough if you can’t spread the word about what you do and why. We’re in what Seth Godin calls the “attention economy,” in which ideas that spread win.

That’s where the two-minute video comes in. The fact is, people won’t read your carefully written web copy nearly as much as they will watch (and share) a great video.

But when everyone and their dog can buy a video camera and hang out a shingle, how do you make sure you get a quality product? You work with professionals who know that your story, not a special effect, needs to drive the process. That’s how.

As a producer with DDC International, I will work with you and our talented team to capture and hold the attention of your target audience through a simple three-step process:

Pre-Production: We talk with you and others (including staff and customers), do research, and create a storyboard that explains your unique value proposition in a way that will reach the hearts and minds of viewers.

Production: Our crew goes on location with top-quality equipment to capture the story. Our attention to detail in lighting and framing every shot makes all the difference in the final product.

Post-Production: We edit the piece and add music and titles, delivering a rough cut for your approval before we finish the job.

At the end, you have a two-minute piece to use on your web site, at trade shows and presentations, on youtube, and in any other ways you can think of.

Cost:  $3,000 to $3,500 plus travel.
